Beekenkamp Group and Dümmen Orange confirm no expanded partnership

Beekenkamp Group and Dümmen Orange have mutually concluded the exploration phase of a potential deeper collaboration, following discussions that began in October 2024. After careful consideration and assessment of the various strategic opportunities, both companies have agreed that there is insufficient ground to proceed with an expanded partnership beyond their existing collaboration in chrysanthemum rooting, which will continue as planned.

While exploring potential avenues for closer cooperation in areas such as Marketing & Sales, R&D, and production, both parties have determined that the fit for a more comprehensive partnership does not align with their respective strategic priorities at this time.

An Beekenkamp, CEO of Beekenkamp Group, shared: “We appreciate the goal-oriented and open discussions we’ve had with Dümmen Orange. While we regret we will not be moving forward with an expanded collaboration, we value the longstanding relationship between our companies and are committed to continuing our successful partnership in chrysanthemum rooting.”

Anthony Christiaanse, CEO of Dümmen Orange, stated: “Our discussions with Beekenkamp Group have been both constructive and insightful. While we have decided to move in different directions for the future, we remain committed to our ongoing relationship and look forward to continued success in our respective ventures.”

Both Beekenkamp Group  and Dümmen Orange remain focused on their independent growth strategies, dedicated to driving innovation and delivering value to their customers worldwide. Both companies look forward to continued success in their respective fields, with a shared commitment to excellence in the horticultural industry.
